Midwest ComTel to Upgrades to New TL9000 Standard

Later this year, Midwest ComTel will be upgrading its quality management system to comply with the new ISO9001:2015 – TL9000:R6 standard. The upgrade will involve an intensive 2 ½ day audit that will cover the following topics:

• Risked-based thinking to support and improve our processes
• Simplifying prescribed requirements in the process approach
• Streamlining documentation
• Improved applicability of services
• Defining the boundaries of the quality management system
• Understanding organizational context
• A greater emphasis on leadership
• A Focus on results that improve customer satisfaction
