Customer Portal to Provide Enhanced Inventory Management
At the onset of 2018 management at Midwest ComTel set forth the strategy to build a digital, online portal that enables MCT suppliers to view their inventory, their reports and other relevant documentation pertaining to their relationship with MCT.
“Rather than having to ask a staff member at Midwest ComTel for data, our suppliers will be able to retrieve the information they are looking for independently,” Matt Dixon explained.
“This will do a number of things, but ultimately it will give more control to our clients. They will be able to review their up-to-date inventory and relevant data associated with it whenever they want to, allowing them to make more intelligent, data-driven business decisions.”
